Making A Statement With Lacquer

Nothing sets a space apart then using Lacquer, on walls, ceilings, furniture or cabinetry.
The sheen from a lacquered finish is incomparable.
Take a peek at these show stopping spaces and let me know what you think!

The lacquered orange finish over the fretwork design is a total show stopper in my book.
Add some gorgeous chinoiserie pieces, marble flooring and some borzoi dogs and forget about it, totally
knockout! I love how they wrapped the color on to the ceiling.
Keeping it totally classic with black lacquer cabinetry and mixing it with gold frames, engravings and
blanc DE chine...is the perfect classic mix.

The lacquered ceiling is over the top gorgeous in my book.  It takes an often overlooked
area and totally finishes the space.  Had the ceiling been flat paint...forget it...no
comparison...this is the difference in a well designed room...every element has
been taken in to consideration.

This mink colored lacquer cabinetry has such a rich, yet classic feel to it.
Although the cabinet style if fairly traditional they have amped it up with the lacquer finish.

If you are looking to lacquer some furniture you may want to try Amy Howard Lacquer spray paint.
I have been wanting to try it for sometime but have not had the opportunity.
