LIFES UPS AND DOWNS

Sometimes we all go through period of ups and downs in our lives.  I am a firm

believer that our attitude can make things go right or wrong if you will.

When you have a positive attitude things just seem to go much more smoothly.

Yesterday was a particularly trying day, and looking back it certainly was due in part to the approach

I took to the day which was not a good one.  Hence the days outcome was the way it was.

But I have to say that when you have a tough day it is so good to have wonderful people in your life to

get your head back in the game.  Here are some great quotes I found in my inbox today and they were just
